This is the same sausage seasoning we use here at home when we’re making our country sausage. It’s a simple, old-time blend meant to let the flavor of the meat shine through.
One pound of seasoning will season up to 40 pounds of ground pork, making it easy to mix a little at a time or put up a larger batch all at once.
This seasoning is sold by weight and does not contain meat.
As with any home food preparation, follow safe handling and storage practices.
Ingredients: SALT, SPICES INCLUDING SAGE AND COLORING, SUGAR, SPICE EXTRACTIVES, CIRTRIC ACID, BHA, BHT ANTIOXIDANTS (TO PROTECT FLAVOR)
Instructions: Combine 1 packet of seasoning with 40lbs of pork and mix thoroughly.
